We provide a standard of care in the work of spiritual direction that follows the Spiritual Directors International ethical guidelines. Our member community meets annually to renew our commitment to our work and the center. To find out more about joining our community you can read our expectations of our applicants here. We value the continued learning of our spiritual directors and frequently offer quality continuing education opportunities. All spiritual directors or those in training are welcome to attend these events. We invite guest spiritual directors from around the country to share with us from their area of expertise. We offer group supervision typically two times a year, January-May and August-December. Email [email protected] for more information. We also have trained supervisors for individual supervision. You can check out our Director profiles to find a supervisor fit for you. If none of these option fit for you we also recommend Together In the Mystery for supervision offerings. SPACE
We are graciously sheltered by Westhope Presbyterian Chruch and have two rooms specifically dedicated to spiritual direction for our directors to use. On property there is a labyrinth and prayer spiral open to the public from sunrise to sunset. |

Spiritual Direction is a 50 minute session with a trained listener who compassionately holds space to attend with you to the work of the Holy in your life. Learn more about Spiritual Direction and read our Director profiles. Group Spiritual Direction
Group direction is a small group of up to 5 participants who meet together about once a month. We listen with one another using a specific guided process that trusts each ones own ability to hear the Holy. To inquire about joining a group email [email protected]. Spiritual Retreats/Classes
We believe there are a variety of ways to find healing and guidance, and that a holistic approach is best. Some of our past offerings have included: Transformation Thru Movement with Janet Lee, physical therapist and feledkrais practitioner, Creative Retreats with artist/coach Wendy Toda, Labyrinth Retreat with Lauren Artress, and Advent Retreats led by our spiritual directors. On a small hill in the Burgundy region of France sits a vibrant community of prayer. It has become holy space for many seeking God in a deeper way. The monastery of Taize is a welcoming community that invites people from around the world to come and pray and be in community. At the heart of their style of prayer are simply sung prayers that are meant to be sung over and over again. It is a beautiful time of deepening in our own sense of God with us, as well as, in community.
